Under the direction of Mr. Aaron Scholtz, the choir program has continued to push standards of excellence through choral performance within the school, the Waipahu community and the state of Hawai'i.  The program has represented Waipahu High School at various festivals including the Na Leo Hou All State Choral Festival, The Kapolei Choral Festival, and Maui High School Choral Festival.

The Choir program boasts 3 different performing ensembles totaling over 130 students in grades 9-12
